Scheduling & Cancellations

To schedule or reschedule your visit, call our front desk during office hours. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time slot to another patient.

Insurance & Billing

We accept a wide range of insurance providers. If your plan isn’t listed on our Health Insurance Plans page, contact us to confirm eligibility.

For billing questions, call 480-289-4550 and press the option for Billing Department. Our team can assist with statements, claims, and payment plans.
